"The Pursuit of the Perfect Cupof Coffee"

It is a well known fact, that Colombian Coffee is considered among the best in the world. This distinction has helped establish Colombia as the second coffee producer in the world, with a 10.5% of the total globe production. Through the years, the complete “Coffee Harvest” process from beginning to end has become an art in which everyone involved devotes entirely to preserve its high standards of quality.

In order to “Pursuit the Perfect Cup of Coffee”, Café Valencia best beans are selected and planted in the rich, fertile soil of Antioquia, which is the best place in the world for growing coffee, for its altitude and climate. When the beans are to be harvested they are individually hand-picked and soaked in cold mountain spring water to ensure the desired aroma and rich flavor. Specialty coffee producers throughout the state of Antioquia have been trained to harvest only the red cherries of uniform size, in order to produce a full-bodied rich tasting coffee.
Next, the coffee is “dried milled” for removal of the parchment, resulting in what is called “green coffee”. At this point, the beans are sorted out by size and shape and run through a gravity table to select only the best final product.

Our coffeemakers boast technical innovation. A major part of coffee is always water. An integral part of obtaining the perfect cup of coffee is the purity of water used. All of our coffeemakers come equipped with an “Activated Carbon Filtration” system, which removes impurities in the water. With our wide range of coffeemakers, whether it is 2 cups, 14 cups or espressos with cappuccino froth, we’re sure to meet any coffee need.
